KEVIN LERG

Kevin Lerg was born and raised in Farmington Hills, Michigan where he began playing goalie for Our Lady of Sorrows CYO organization. From there, he moved on to Detroit Catholic Central High School where he was named a 2010 U.S. High School All American. Upon graduation, Kevin attended Adrian College where he was a two-time team captain, three-time all-conference goalie, and was a member of four NCAA tournament teams.

After his playing days ended, Kevin joined the staff at NCAA Division I program Virginia Military Institute where he worked with the VMI goalies. After VMI, he moved to Northeast Ohio to become an Assistant Coach with Hiram College working with the goalies year round. Kevin then moved to New York and served as an Assistant Coach at Hartwick College implementing year round training for the Hartwick goalies. Currently, he is the Head Men's Lacrosse Coach at Beloit College.

Aside from coaching at the collegiate level, Kevin has been an instructor at numerous goalie camps instructing goalies of all ages. “Growing up I was always fortunate to be taught lacrosse by good coaches. As I have moved from player to coach, it is now my turn to use the education I have received and pass it on to current goalies.”
